This beautiful map engraved by Samual Neele using a two sheets map originally created by Jean Baptiste D'Anville, an 18th century authority in cartography. The map shows the geography and cities in six continents and newly discovered Pacific Ocean island groups. Includes routes and dates of exploration, and line of the Zodiac.
